The Pont-Aber is approached from the car park area, this is situated across the road 15 metres away.

Luggage can be unloaded outside the front of the building. The front door has a slight raised step, then level into the lounge. There is a step into the dinning area.

The car park has sloping entrance with garden seating area and childrens play area flat. Reception desk with tourist information. There is a toilet on the ground floor.

Lounge area with two 3 seater sofas, open plan staircase straight to landing with one step down to guest bedrooms.

Two double bed rooms with en-suite bathrooms, shower, toilet and basin.

One Twin bed room with bath, shower, toilet and basin.

All rooms with remote control TV.

The village of Llangadog is 4 miles away. There are bus and train services in the village.
